By way of background, the inventor of most of the RPost patents is Dr. Terrance Tomkow. Tomkow developed software
to put these inventions to practice inthe early 2000's, offered first at Internet World in April 2000. RPost now has
customers using RPost’s patented services in countries around the world, including within the US Government, Fortune
500 companies, individuals and small businesses. RPost Registered Email services include electronic message and
document delivery tracking, proof, electronic signatures, and encryption, among other services.
Since RPost first disclosed its invention in its published patents, companies that offer commercial mail transport servers,
software, or other electronic messaging and data services, have taken these Tomkow inventions taught by the RPost
patents noted above without permission or license from RPost, and used them to track delivery, failure, and/or opening,
route based on indicators in the messages, secure/encrypt, authenticate, record, timestamp, report on, and e-sign
electronic messages and electronic documents delivered.
We suggest you review the RPost patents noted below for a more complete description of RPost patented technologies
and review these inthe context of your technology operations considering suggestions noted above. The RPost patent
portfolio includes United States Patent Numbers US 8,224,913, US 8,161,104, US 8,209,389, US 6,182,219 c1, US
